I am a classically trained Chef from Johnson & Wales University.
For the last ten years I have dedicated my time and talents to create vibrant food communities through crop production, nutrition education, and culinary arts. These hands have cooked in vegan cafes, upscale steakhouses, community kitchens, farms, and in the homes of friends and neighbors. I love the simplicity of fresh foods and it is my goal to add depth, color, and flavor with every bite. Food is meant to build and revitalize you, and it should be accessible to all. Its the sweetness of a roasted carrot and the aroma of herbs sizzling in butter that fuels my mission. I am more than a Chef I am a food engineer, health advocate, and the friend you call when you want to laugh over a plate of burrata and focaccia. Our food system demands intentional minds who will feed the others with integrity. Food can be simple and I intend to teach you how.

In 2025, I began building an urban homestead in West Charlotte. My backyard is home to a few chickens, a couple of bee hives, compost system, and edible plants! Recently, I have explored the wonders of cooking over fire. It wasn't long before I built a rustic fire and melted a roll of Amish butter! My dream is to host outdoor cooking experiences over an open fire at my homestead- stay tuned!
